Privacy note
This website collects as little as it can: nothing at all, unless you send a message through the contact form.
Last updated 7 October 2026. This note covers the squadvisionhq.com website.
No cookies, no tracking
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing you do on it is recorded to build a profile of you.
The contact form
When you send a message, the form sends your name, your email address, the topic you picked and your message to us as an email. The website itself doesn't store any of it: it's passed straight on, and ends up only in our inbox.
- What it's used for: reading your message and replying to it. That's all.
- What it isn't used for: it isn't added to a mailing list, used for marketing, or sold or passed to anyone else.
- How long it's kept: as long as the conversation needs it. Ask, and we'll delete your messages.
Services the site relies on
- Cloudflare hosts the site and sends the contact form's email. Like any host, it handles the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and keep the site safe from abuse.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typeface, so your browser fetches it from Google, which sees your IP address as it does.
Links to YouTube and X take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message through the contact form and we'll sort it out. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
