Improving most and Declining most
The biggest movers in attributes this season, with every attribute counted, net. The totals beside each name use your own attribute categories from Settings.
There are no age rules, so a decline at 33 shows the same as one at 19. A new signing joins these cards from his second capture, once there's something to compare.

Form
The latest month's rating against his season to date, whichever way it's moved. Football Manager only gives a rating for the season so far, so Squad Vision works out each month's own rating from your last two captures.
A player is listed when his month is at least 0.2 off his season, over two games or more, and both numbers can be changed in Settings. A player out on loan is judged on his games at the loan club.
Figures on the move and Best roles
Figures on the move lists players whose figures have moved among your own players by a quarter or more, counting only the figures the roles at his position weigh. Best roles names anyone with a new best role this season, with or without the ball.
A figure only counts when his own figure moved, not just the players around him. Two roles within a point of each other trading places isn't a new best role, so a quiet card means nothing really changed.
